What is Book a Doctor?
Book a Doctor is a platform by i-Health for finding doctors and medical centres, booking appointments and managing visits. The platform handles booking; your chosen specialist provides the medical consultation.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You need to sign in to explore doctors, medical centres and their schedules. If you are new here, start by creating an account and verifying your email.
When can I book my first appointment?
After verifying your email and receiving account approval from the team. You can check your account status in the platform. Once approved, choose a doctor and an available time, or send a request when no schedule is published.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Open the booking in your dashboard. Appointments that allow changes will show options to reschedule or cancel. The available actions depend on the booking's current status.
What if a doctor has no published schedule?
When a doctor has no published schedule, you can send an appointment request through the platform. A request is not a confirmed booking. The medical centre processes it separately.
